Cheltenham Heritage Day

Cheltenham Heritage Open Days 8th Sept 2023 - 17th Sept 2023

Every September, from a multitude of volunteers throughout England come together to orchestrate gatherings commemorating our extraordinary history and rich culture. This presents a unique opportunity for you to discover concealed locales and engage in novel encounters – all of which come at no cost for exploration.

In Cheltenham, an array of events await, ranging from accessible edifices that you can explore independently or through guided tours, to accompanied strolls, informative discussions, exhibitions, and even exclusive access to a concealed treasure that is ordinarily off-limits to the public. Participation in these events is complimentary, though reservations are necessary for select activities with limited capacities.

The overarching theme for the year 2023 revolves around the History of Creativity and the Arts, encompassing diverse subjects such as literature, visual arts, music, and theatrical performances.
